Morning I was able to finally time my alarm so that I woke up with energy! Day Still somewhat spacey, was able to do some hard physical labor, and get 7 hours of creative/detailed work in. Evening Had a burrito sitting next to me for the whole hour up til sunset. Reflections It's now been three days of fasting for me (since I started a day early). I think I've kicked my caffeine habit well enough. Hoping for more energy tomorrow...
Day 1 Morning Another 4am smoothie, another 3-hours of sleepiness. Day No real hunger throughout the day, but a pervasive spacey-ness. Evening Watched sunset from a new cliff vista and ate all the leftover pizza right afterwards. Reflections I had a dream last night that I was at a restaurant and realized halfway through eating my meal that it was daytime... But overall I'm surprising myself how quickly I can adapt to the new rules.
